On September 1 and 2 2022, the ELS Academy will organize an International Empirical Legal Studies Conference at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam.

We invite the following types of submissions:

1. Pre-arranged Panels
2. Individual Paper Presentation
3. Poster Presentations

Submissions require an abstract of 250 words maximum. We strongly advise applicants to submit a structured abstract, that is, an abstract that contains the following sections: Background, Research questions, Methodology, Results, Conclusions. Please add 3-5 keywords that comprise the substantive area of law. Abstracts should be submitted no later than 1 May 2022. Applicants will be notified of acceptance latest by 1 June 2022. Author information should list full name and title, full affiliation, and e-mail address.
