There is reasonable freedom in the choice of the research topic (as long as it fits the broader profile of our faculty) and plenty of research time! In addition, based on performance in the first two years there is a possibility to become an assistant professor with a permanent contract.
People from a variety of backgrounds are welcomed to apply (legal, economics, psychology, etc.). The emphasise is on quantitative empirical skills and affinity to/interest in law.
