The first international Empirical Legal Studies (ELS) Conference will be held Thursday 1 and Friday 2 September 2022, at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. This conference is organized by the ELS academy, an (inter)national network consisting of around 100 educators, practitioners and researchers.

The Organising Committee is making every effort to provide accessible, comfortable and visible exhibit space for you to display your products at the 2022 ELS Conference. Fill in the reservation form, which you can download below, and email the form to m.coerts@vu.nl. More detailed information can be found below as well.

EXHIBITION BOOTH

The booth exhibit fees include:

• booth space
• table
• two chairs
• name badges for all booth attendees

Dates and hours of exhibition:

Thursday, September 1^st                10:00 – 18:00

Friday, September 2^nd                  08:30 – 18:00

Set up time:

Booth spaces will be ready for exhibitors to arrange their displays from 08:00 until 10:00 on Thursday, September 1^st 2022.

Dismantling:

All exhibit material must be packed and removed from the exhibit area by 20:00 on Friday, September 2^nd 2022.

ADVERTISING

We would also encourage you to place an ad on the ELS Academy website. Even if you are unable to exhibit books this year, you can still reach the program participants through this medium.
